COMBAT CHASSIS TYPE 3: JEEP WRANGLER

This individual is active military/LEO and is probably currently involved in some type of unit-mandated PT program or other external strength/conditioning program. The Wrangler may also be a responsible armed civilian that is a "gym rat" who has advanced to another level of fitness and proficiency and is looking to further upgrade his capability.

The Wrangler has been performing routine workouts 4-6 days/week for at least 18 months, but the horsepower can't support the chassis' weight. Some of the old metal parts need to be stripped off and replaced with lightweight HSLA steel and carbon fiber parts.

The focus here is on sustaining gains, maximizing power to weight ratio (i.e. efficiency), and not burning out!
