Combat Chassis Type 1: Ford Pinto

 

This individual has either never worked out a day in their life or hasn't done so in years. They mainly work at a desk and are basically sedentary from an activity perspective. Perhaps this person has had cancer, beat it, but it took it's toll on their body and they want to rebuild. Or maybe this individual had a major surgery and gained 100 lbs during the recovery phase and is now sucking wind by the time they make it up a flight of stairs from the break room.

They have mobility issues from sitting too much. Their metabolic engine is a Ford Pinto on a used car lot. It isn't firing on all four cylinders but could get some more quality miles on it with the right overhaul using good fuel.

The focus here is on building a base level of strength, mobility, and conditioning to get back in the fight of life. This is the most base level combat chassis. Starting at true zero.
